Where do we deliver to & what is the order minimum?

$75 MINIMUM - KENNEBUNK & KENNEBUNKPORT

When do we open/When do we close?

Unless truly unexpected circumstances arise that prevent us from making deliveries, we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year... and yes, we have four-wheel drive vehicles to ensure that we can deliver in the wonderful Maine winters (AKA the snow is not stopping us from bringing you your medicine)!

With that being said, *PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT DELIVER FROM 2:00 AM to 5:30 AM ONLY BECAUSE DURING THIS TIME OUR STAFF IS CLEANING, ORGANIZING, AND STOCKING TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE FOR OUR PATIENTS DURING THE REMAINING 18 HOURS OF THE DAY!

*ALL ORDERS RECEIVED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE ADDED TO THE MORNING LOOP AND WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION BY 6:30 AM.

Who can buy medical cannabis?

Only medical patients can buy medical cannabis in Maine. Individuals who have received a patient certification from a medical professional may legally access medical cannabis from a registered caregiver or dispensary. Cards are available to Maine residents only. 

Patients visiting Maine from another state are able to purchase medical cannabis from a registered caregiver or dispensary if they have valid patient identification credentials (like a registry or patient identification card) and their state of residence allows them to use their state-issued credential to purchase medical cannabis in Maine.

Are temporary/digital/electronic patient certifications valid?

Yes. A certifying provider must still issue to qualifying patients a physical patient certification on tamper-resistant paper provided by OCP, and the certifying provider may additionally provide to the qualifying patient a digital image of the patient's written certification. Any digital image of a patient certification provided by a certifying provider must contain all information included on the patient certification and must be legible in the digital image. It is the responsibility of registered caregivers and registered dispensaries to ensure that they transfer cannabis plants and harvested cannabis only to qualifying patients with a current, valid patient certification, or to other registrants otherwise authorized to possess cannabis for medical use, including but not limited to visiting, qualified out-of-state patients.

How do I get a Medical Marijuana card in Maine?

Step 3 | Patients who visit for an in-person consultation will typically receive their Medical Card on the same day of their appointment.
